NSA’s entry level squad training on early stroke development of Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Butterfly kick. Swimmer must be able to complete one lap of Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke to be able to join this squad.

Mini Squad
Stroke development squad. All swimmers in this squad train to learn and develop stroke technique, including basic skills such as streamlines and turns.
Junior Squad
Stroke development squad. All swimmers in this squad train to improve their stroke technique and develop racing skills, striving to achieve regional qualifying times and gain race experience.
State Squad
Junior/Senior Metro Squad. All swimmers in this squad compete at a metropolitan level, striving to achieve State or National qualifying times.
National Squad
National Representative Squad. All swimmers in this squad are training to compete at Multi-Class, Age, and Open Nationals.
Adult Squad
Fitness Squad. This squad focuses on developing aerobic fitness, in all four strokes, including stroke correction. Swimmers of all abilities are welcome.
Adult Stroke Correction
Stroke development squad. This squad is focused on developing and improving stroke technique for all strokes, catering to swimmers of all ability levels.

Private coaching is a one-on-one class for your swimmer to focus on specific stroke technique development, and racing skill improvement.
Strength and Conditioning
Our Senior Strength and Conditioning program is provided for our National squad members. This class focuses on swim specific exercises, targeting muscular endurance, plyometrics and mobility. Our Senior Strength and Conditioning is overseen by local strength and conditioning coach Gez McCallum.
