Strength and Conditioning

Our Senior Strength and Conditioning program is provided for our National squad members. This class focuses on swim specific exercises, targeting muscular endurance, plyometrics and mobility. Our Senior Strength and Conditioning is overseen by local strength and conditioning coach Gez McCallum.

When

Tuesday + Thursday: 5:30pm – 6:00pm (Junior)

Tuesday + Thursday: 4:00pm – 5:00pm (Senior)
