Strength and Conditioning

Our strength and conditioning classes are divided into two programs; Junior Dryland and Senior Strength and Conditioning. Our Junior program is run by Analiese Melbourn, focusing on balance, hand-eye coordination and core strength in a fun, relaxed environment. 

Our Senior Strength and Conditioning program is provided for our Silver and Gold squad members. This class focuses on swim specific exercises, targeting muscular endurance, plyometrics and mobility. Our Senior Strength and Conditioning is overseen by local strength and conditioning coach Gez McCallum.

When

Tuesday + Thursday: 5:30pm – 6:00pm (Junior)

Tuesday + Thursday: 4:00pm – 5:00pm (Senior)
