Finz Squad
NSA’s entry level squad training on early stroke development of Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Butterfly kick. Swimmer must be able to complete one lap of Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke to be able to join this squad.

Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 7:30am
Monday + Wednesday: 3:30pm – 4:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 8:30am
